I have a rare genetic bone disease called Osteogenesis Imperfecta with a PHEX gene mutation x2, which results in X-Linked Hypophosphatemia! What a mouthful! This has led me to another chronic condition- CRPS Type 1 & 2! I am mildly disabled, but this doesn't stop me from creating beautiful desserts for all of you! This is my PASSION!
